Shipping Process

Shipping costs will vary based on weight and shipping destination. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

All orders are shipped from Taipei Taiwan. Pre-order products will take 14 ~ 21 working day including delivery time , If any delays should occur, we will contact you by email.  .

Cancellations

Please notify us within 6 hours if you would like to cancel your order. If an order is processing to shipment, we are unable to cancel orders.
